The visual refresh and the new On Demand Services experience, brought together in one website.

A website can introduce your business, explain what you do, and help someone feel ready to work with you. For Anchor Point Operations, we also built a way for visitors to take that next step right on the site.

This project brought together a refreshed logo, a complete WordPress website redesign, and an On Demand Services page connected to Square. Every piece had a purpose: make the business easier to understand and its services easier to access.

Bringing the brand together

Anchor Point Operations provides fractional leadership and operational support. The redesign needed to bring its expertise, people, and services into a cohesive experience that felt professional and approachable.

We refreshed the logo and carried a consistent visual direction through the site, including colors, typography, and page layouts. Clearer navigation gave visitors a path through the company’s story, solutions, industries served, and team.

The Anchor Log also gave the business a dedicated space for articles and insights, adding another way to share its perspective and expertise.

Making room for on demand support

One of the most useful additions was the On Demand Services page. Alongside exploring the company’s broader offerings, visitors now have a way to select and purchase specific services online.

The experience connects service information with a cart and Square checkout. Visitors can review the available support, add services to their cart, and continue to secure payment through Square.

From understanding the offer to purchasing support, the website now connects those steps.

Connecting the purchase to the follow up

The checkout was one part of the build. We also implemented order notifications and branded confirmation emails to support what happens after a purchase.

Those details help connect the online transaction with the business’s follow up process and carry the brand experience beyond the website.

The finished experience

Anchor Point Operations now has a cohesive online presence that brings its brand, services, and team together. The On Demand Services page adds a practical purchasing option, giving visitors a direct path from exploring support to paying for it.

For me, this is where design and functionality come together. The visual details help a business tell its story, and the right features help that website do useful work.
