But as someone who genuinely cares whether you make it and is willing to roll up her sleeves and stand right beside you until you do.

I have spent over twenty years in this industry and the thing that has always mattered most to me is not the work itself. It is the woman behind the work. The one with the idea she has been carrying around for years. The one who is rebuilding after a chapter she never planned for.
Because here is what nobody talks about enough. Women are starting over later in life and they are doing it boldly, bravely, and beautifully. At 45. At 55. At 65. After divorce. After loss. After decades of showing up for everyone else. They are finally turning toward themselves and saying it is my turn now. And they deserve every single resource, every ounce of support, and every person in their corner that they can get.
